Construction
We select stable and eco-friendly materials as the core framework for this sushi kiosk. The main cabinet uses E0 grade waterproof wood panels to resist moisture and frequent cleaning in food environments. The back operation counter installs thick 304 stainless steel worktops. Stainless steel can bear repeated contact with soy sauce, water and raw seafood without rust or deformation.
All frame joints adopt modular splicing technology. Modular assembly brings two clear benefits for overseas clients. First, it cuts down container shipping volume and lowers international logistics cost. Second, local workers can finish quick installation without professional technical support. The whole structure passes load-bearing test and fire prevention check to meet mainstream mall access requirements worldwide.
The design sticks to modern minimalist Japanese catering concept all through the kiosk. We drop overcomplicated decorations and focus on functional first principle. Light wood tone main body delivers a warm, clean vibe that matches sushi’s fresh and healthy positioning.
The project also mixes takeaway retail and small dine-in bar service in one unit. This dual-mode operation expands your income sources in the mall. Passersby can grab packed sushi rolls directly from the refrigerated display case. Dine-in guests can sit at the front bar counter and enjoy fresh-made sushi on the spot. This flexible business model greatly improves the unit’s profitability in crowded shopping centers.
The kiosk applies a closed U-shaped back kitchen layout to separate production area from customer zone. The inner working space arranges double water sinks, rice cookers, storage lockers and hidden pipeline channels in order. Chefs can complete washing, rice cooking and sushi making in a compact and tidy zone.
The front customer side divides into three independent functional blocks. One block holds the long refrigerated showcase for fresh sushi display. Another block sets the POS checkout station with embedded light-up brand logo. The third block forms a continuous bar counter with matching high stools for dine-in visitors. Clear zoning avoids cross-contamination and keeps the whole operation flow smooth during peak business hours.
Small decorative and functional details lift the whole commercial value of this sushi kiosk. The facade uses two styles of mosaic tiles for visual layering. Dark blue wave mosaic carries classic Japanese ocean elements, while golden speckled mosaic adds premium commercial texture. Warm LED strip lights install under the counter edge and logo backboard to attract foot traffic after mall lighting dims.
We also add safety and maintenance-friendly touches in tiny parts. All outer corners adopt rounded curved design to prevent bumps in public areas. Open side shelving offers extra space for packaging boxes and promotional menus. The overhead black metal frame with pendant lights defines the bar seating area and creates an intimate dining atmosphere for guests. These thoughtful details reduce daily cleaning work and extend the service life of your sushi kiosk.
