Construction
We select high-quality solid wood grain MDF as the main frame material for the whole churros food kiosk. This material resists scratches, water splashes and frequent friction from daily kitchen work. We add thick tempered glass for service barriers and food display windows to improve safety for customers and staff. All cabinet frames use thick metal brackets for fixed connection, so the whole kiosk stays stable after repeated assembly and transportation.
We also install hidden LED light strips inside the wooden panel surface of the kiosk. The warm embedded lights highlight the wood texture and lift the overall premium look in dim mall public areas. The bottom base uses waterproof sealed boards, which stop water damage from sink spills and floor cleaning water in food preparation zones. Each joint gets tight sealing treatment to avoid dust and oil accumulation during long-term frying work.

Concept
The overall design follows a warm natural hut style that fits sweet churros product positioning perfectly. We apply artificial green plant wall on partial side panels to create a fresh and relaxing shopping atmosphere for passing mall visitors. The earthy wood tone matches fried dessert products and forms a gentle contrast with clean white countertop and frosted glass partitions.
We reserve independent fixed logo positions on vertical wooden pillars and front cabinet facades. Business owners can print round brand logos or hang menu light boxes directly on these reserved areas. The open-front service structure lets customers clearly watch churros frying and making processes, and this transparent operation builds extra trust between your brand and buyers in the shopping centre.

Layout
We split the U-shaped churros kiosk into three independent functional zones for smooth workflow. The back inner area works as the production kitchen with embedded double deep fryers, double stainless steel sink and running water tap. The middle counter holds an ice cream machine and closed storage cabinets for raw materials, packing boxes and cleaning supplies. The front outward counter sets the cashier terminal and curved glass food display case for finished churros and side desserts.
We set frosted glass partition walls between the working area and customer pickup window. These barriers block oil splashes from frying steps and separate staff operating space from customer waiting area clearly. The compact enclosed layout fully meets shopping mall hygiene inspection rules, and it maximizes limited square footage without wasting any usable internal space for your churros snack business.

Detail
We add lockable storage drawers and vertical cabinet doors on the wooden cabinet body of the churros kiosk. Locked storage keeps raw flour, sugar, wrapping bags and small kitchen tools tidy and safe after closing hours every day. The curved glass display cabinet uses anti-fog transparent panels to keep churros and pastries visible and clean all day long.
We pre-reserve wiring holes and ventilation gaps for fryers, ice cream machines and LED lighting systems. These reserved openings simplify on-site equipment installation and heat dissipation during continuous high-temperature frying work. All counter edges adopt rounded corner processing to prevent bumps and injuries for both working staff and wandering mall shoppers.
